~ Monday to Friday: 07:30 AM - 10:00 PM
~ Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Is the reception closed? Please contact security.
Safe
Every bungalow has a built-in safe in the clothing closet, which can be secured with your own code. The personnel of Bon Bini Resort do not have access to your safe. Bon Bini Resort cannot be held responsible for any loss of items stored in the safe.
Wet Laundry
We kindly request you do not hang wet swimming attire or towels over the balcony. You can use the drying rack for this.
Toilet Paper
Upon check-in, you will receive 2 toilet paper rolls. Housekeeping will provide additional rolls as needed.
Please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet, as these toilets are not designed for flushing paper. Instead, use the trash can located next to the toilet.
Air Conditioning
All bungalows have air conditioning in the bedrooms with a remote control. To turn it on, insert the pass (attached to your room key) into the wall console.
~ In 1-bedroom bungalows, the console is in the bedroom.
~ In 2-bedroom bungalows, it’s in the kitchen.
Should the card be damaged or abused, then we will have to charge $35,-
For loss of the key we will have to charge $45,-
Tap Water
You can drink the water directly from the tap; it does not need to be filtered or boiled.
Prohibited Substances
The use of drugs and/or weapons is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of either on the premises will be reported to the local authorities.
Outside Visitors
All guests are allowed to receive two outside guests per day.
All guests need to be registered at the front desk and are welcome between 7AM and 11PM.
Pet Policy
Please keep your pet leashed when you walk around in the resort and do not cause nuisance.
Smoking
All our rooms and indoor areas are smoke-free. Smoking is allowed on your room balcony, terrace, or in designated areas approved by property management.
This rule applies only to cigarettes. Hookah use is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Evidence of Hookah use or smoking indoors will result in fines of up to USD $300.
Damage
Accidents can happen. To ensure the next guest has just as warm a welcome as you did, please notify the Front Office if something breaks.
If you caused the damage, repair or replacement costs will be charged to you. Damages not reported will be charged in full.
Pool Rules
~ Diving is not allowed. Only standing or climbing on the poolside is permitted.
~ All guests are responsible for their own safety and use the pool at their own risk.
~ Drinks, food, and glassware are not allowed in the pool.
~ The public pools are open from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
Car Rental
If you need to rent a car for your stay or just a few days, information is available at Reception or on the information flyer in your bungalow.
Have you rented a car or will you be collecting one soon? Please pick up your entry card from security so you can park next to your bungalow.
Kindly return the card upon departure.
Free Supermarket Shuttle
Shuttle to Vreugdenhil Supermarket:
~ Monday to Saturday: First departure at 9:00 AM, second at 10:00 AM.
~ Sunday: One departure at 10:00 AM only.
Free WiFi
There is free wifi throughout the whole resort.
BBQ Rental
Rent a BBQ for your entire stay for $35, with a $50 deposit.
You can request this at the Front Office from Monday to Friday until 3:00 PM.
Excessive Noise
Please be considerate of your neighbors and other resort guests by maintaining appropriate behavior and avoiding excessive noise, ensuring a quiet and peaceful environment.
Any actions that violate this policy may result in further action by Hotel Management.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
If you do not check out at the desk, you authorize the hotel to charge all expenses incurred during your stay to the credit card provided at check-in.
Late Check-Out
The fee for a late check-out is $15 per hour.
Please request this in advance at reception.
